Hey! I'm Matt and I'm an amateur photographer, recreational coder and (formerly) a professional sailor. Currently I work as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Telesign, a leading digital identity and communications company.
My current day to day involves improving and analyzing sales processes to help build a more efficient go to market system. While this means I wear a lot of hats, I am mostly responsible for sales commissions and data analysis, using Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL and Tableau.
Before that, my intro to the corporate world was in sales development, generating leads at the top of the sales pipeline, where learning python scripting and excel analytics for my own commissions opened the door to revenue operations.
Prior to sales, I worked in... well, sails! For several years I worked across the globe in the maritime industry, captaining sail vessels, leading flotillas and hosting multi week dive & marine biology trips. Along the way I logged over 35,000 nautical miles and completed a full circumnavigation.
I've carried my camera with me through every step, but since database tables don't look quite as good on film, here you'll find just my travel photos.
